The Grove of Dionysus is a building in Zeus: Master of Olympus
Background[]
The Grove of Dionysus is a Sanctuary that can be built from the Mythological tab in the building menu. With an initial investment of 8 Marble, the Grove is the cheapest and smallest Sanctuary in the game.As a Sanctuary, the price of construction is the same regardless of difficulty level.
After making the initial investment, you will need at least one Artisans' Guild to send workers to build the Sanctuary. You will need an additional 31 Marble, 24 Wood, and 4 Sculptures from a Storehouse. These materials will either need to be made in city, or imported from Ports and Piers.
Once built, Dionysus lulls any villains in the city into a peaceful state, reducing the crime rates in your city. The Sanctuary also has a small grove of vineyard on it, and will automatically give you access to the Growers Lodge and Winery if you do not already have access to them. If you pray to Dionysus, he will provide your city with wine.
